Eric Chianese


Eric Chianese spent seven years as a litigation attorney at O'Melveny & Myers, most recently as a counsel in the firm's Los Angeles office. Eric was a member of O'Melveny's Product Liability & Mass Torts and Insurance Litigation practice groups, specializing in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation. Eric focused his practice on pharmaceutical matters alleging novel theories of nuisance and matters alleging consumer fraud claims such as false advertising and unfair competition. Eric supervised junior associates, litigated a federal MDL, and managed day-to-day case work in Illinois and Texas on behalf of an industry leading pharmaceutical and consumer products company. He also maintained a robust portfolio of pro bono cases with an emphasis on asylum and cancelation of removal proceedings. Eric is admitted to the bar in California.

After graduating from Harvard Law School, Eric received his M.A. degree in Women's Studies from the University of Florida, working with a clinic on Title IX issues and counseling victims of sexual assault. Before law school, Eric received his B.A. degrees from the University of Florida in English and Political Science.
