Mike Goldberg


Mike Goldberg joined Fairmark after stints at two prominent international law firms. Most recently, he was a member of the Corporate, Securities, and Government Investigations group at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in Richmond, Virginia, where he gained valuable experience in several highly regulated sectors, including higher education, financial services, cannabis, and healthcare. He has experience with federal and state appellate litigation and has represented clients in SEC, DOJ, and PCAOB investigations. Mike maintains an active pro bono practice, advising non-profit high schools on general liability matters and assisting individuals with petitions for asylum and expungement.

Mike graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2021, where he was a member of the William & Mary Law Review and served as a teaching assistant. As a law student, he interned for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission. He holds an M.B.A. from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Davidson College.

Before law school, Mike coached Division I Baseball at several universities and worked for an education management company in D.C. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Virginia. His admission to the District of Columbia is pending.
