Sarah Martin
Sarah Martin is an experienced litigator who has tried over 30 cases to verdict in state and federal court. Sarah previously served over six years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where she investigated and prosecuted violent crime, complex conspiracies, and fraud, including the misuse of corporate funds, fraud targeting government programs, and related obstruction. As part of her work, Sarah presented and indicted hundreds of cases in the federal Grand Jury, litigated discovery disputes and substantive motions, and presented expert witnesses across multiple disciplines. Sarah has been awarded multiple U.S. Attorney’s Special Achievement Awards for her prosecutorial work.
Sarah graduated magna cum laude from American University's Washington College of Law and received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the College of William and Mary. After law school, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Florence Y. Pan and Michael L. Rankin with the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
Sarah is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
